        What a great company. Rob with Home Solutions really helped my friend out. She was desperate to sell her home but was so embarrassed of its conditions. She didn't think she'd be able to sell because the place had mold and Code Enforcement leans. Rob came out and did a free estimate that took about 20 minutes. She was offered cash and within days the house was sold with no commission fee involved he also covered the leans. I highly recomend Home Solutions if your looking to sell!

        Home Solutions helped my friend who was in serious trouble with her house. she is a single mom who was unfortunately diagnosed with a progressive chronic illness a few years ago. she was unable to keep up with the maintenace and bills for the house. it got so bad that mold had grown in each room. She could not afford to fix the problem and with her health problems she couldn't live there. she was desperate and scared. she contacted Rob from Home Solutions for help. HE WAS GREAT! Not only did he buy the house, she had money to get set up in a clean safe home for her and her boys. This company helped her pack, and moved her into her new home. She is so grateful for Home Solutions she no longer has the burden of a "sick house" and she anxiety of not knowing how to get out.
