Radney Scott Orthodontics

First and foremost, I am not with "Sands, W." as I absolutely loved the service I was given at Radney Scott. I had my braces done through them, and just had them taken off. Everyone on staff are polite and fun, and they all know what they're doing. They always wanted to make sure that I was having a great experience every time, and they never failed. I never felt overwhelmed in any of my visits, and was never shown anything less than promptness and perfect politeness. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Scott or Dr. Radney to anyone who needs orthodontia, because I know they'll be just as happy as I am with their services.

I have two daughters that are 11 years apart, my oldest had her teeth done with Dr. Radney and my youngest with Dr. Scott, I must say that both did a spectacular job, and my youngest daughters teeth are absolutely perfect because of Dr. Scott's work. I would recommend her for anyone who wants their teeth done perfectly.

I was going to write a review but clearlakemom1 says it all. We are having the same experience--3 and half years later so they haven't changed. They are very unaccommodating. It feels like mass production orthodontics. No one ever discusses our child's progress with us. We had another ortho in North Carolina and while he also saw many patients, someone ALWAYS spoke to us about our child's procedure. The front office is unpleasant. I can't believe what we pay for such an unsatisfying experience. We, too, will find another ortho for our younger child.
