Dave Hussar renovations used nonlicensed personnel thus violating building codes and regulations. Was improperly financed to complete the job, pay subcontractors and provide the needed materials for the job. Failed to manage the behavior and actions of his subcontractors. Failed to acquire the appropriate permits to be in compliance. Failed to complete the work in anything resembling a timely manner. The work had to be almost completely redone to pass inspection.
