Red & Black Flash Cab

My Brother lives in Waukegan. He said this is one of the better cabs he has been in. Thank God for some decent Cab Companies.

I had a terrible racist experience today a woman told me that they would no longer take rides from americas best value inn. They told me so because of an incident that was totally unrelated to me that happened with a black customer. I have never given them any problems what so ever but they denied me service. The woman over the phone was rude as hell and said that they wouldnt come and pick up any negros from that spot. They are terribly evil and racist .I advise that any blacks stay way I am planning on suing!!! Also I recorded the whole thing!!!I am going to the local news station tomorrow!!!! 0 stars

my daughter takes this cab most of the times. They are always here when she calls them. So far so good

One of my customers called this Taxi company, and they told her they would be here in 15 min 1 hr and 15 min passed by, they still weren't here she called them several times they kept saying they were really busy she was waiting at my job from 4:40pm to 6:50 pm I called them and told them they said the wait time was 15 min and they could've told the customer it was going to take longer so she could've found another ride and the employee which was a male was really unprofessional and rude

I will never order a cab from here!!!! Despite that I called them 3 hours ahead of time and an hour before I needed the cab there they never showed up!!! 0 STARS!!!!!

Don't waste your time, call someone else! I called 6 hours ahead and they never showed up! When I called to see where they were the dispatcher lied and said they were a few minutes away, but never asked for my name or location so she had no clue where or who I was. Awful experience!

Worst cab service ever. I ordered my cab more than 2 hours ahead of time to pick me up from the metra station in waukegan. As soon as I got off the train, I saw the cab and as I walk towards it I saw the driver waiting and someone else approaches it (probably asks for a ride) and gets it and drives away. I get stranded and weathwr that's below 10 degrees. I called the company and they told me "we're having a hard time getting someone out there" and clicked on me. DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TRANSPORTATION.
