We first brought Moms old 2001Buick Century here for just a routine oil change. Since then we have had repairs done and will NEVER take our cars to any other place for maintenance or repairs! Wonderful people of integrity! I know I can have my 82 year old Mom bring her car to Steve's and don't have to worry. We trust them 100% to do only what needs to be done, do it right, and charge an extremely reasonable price. In our experience, places like this are few and far between!

i have nothing but positive things to say about steve's auto on main street in watertown ct. my family will not trust any other mechanic to work on our cars! though there are a few others in watertown to chose from we have found steve's to be resonable and honest. if your looking for honesty and quaiity work check out steve's- you won't be disappointed.

At 156,000 the clutch on my '07 Mazda 6 was starting to go. I went to Steve's Auto and was amazed at the service! Everyone that works there is so friendly and they all know what they are talking about when it comes to cars! Steve won't do anything to your vehicle without explaining what is going on with your car and what he is going to do to fix it. Steve's quotes are fair and accurate! He runs his business so efficiently! I am so amazed by his work! My car hasn't run this great in a while! I live 1 hour and 30 minutes a way but when you find a great mechanic you won't go anywhere else and the drive is well worth the service and experience!

I was having such trouble my Hyundai Sonata and heat not staying on. I had Steve from Steve's Auto Center in Watertown take a look and now my heat works so good - I turn it down!!!! Thanks Steve - it was over 4 years of having no heat - I was so afraid it would cost a fortune but your prices are great!!! and your service is even better!!!!!

Superb. I will not go anywhere else. I had an emissions problem with my car. I bought it to several other shops and paid good money but the engine light kept coming on. I went to Steve's and they fixed the problem. A+ Thank You

The customer service is only surpassed by the car repair service! The staff take their time to listen to you & get down to the bottom of the problem. There's no run-around or over pricing. Jayson does a good job at explaining the details. I know when I bring my car here Steve makes sure I'll be safe when I drive off. Not going anywhere else! Thanks guys!

Honest work! I will bring all my business to Steve. He does a good job of explaining the process and Jason does a great and detailed work. No worries that I'm spending too much for un-needed work. I trust them to work on my cars that my wife and children drive daily. Look no further, Steve's is a breath of fresh air in car repair!
