Parker Dow, owner of the company, grew up watching and helping his father run the business. Over the years, Parker developed the right skills to follow in his father's footsteps. Heating & Cooling LLC, Parker Dow maintains strict licensing criteria and has contact with many manufactures including Coleman, Marshfield, Nordyne, Intertherm, and Miller. P.R.D. Heating & Cooling LLC was able to install gas furnaces with pilot lights in the 60's, 70's, and 80's with an annual fuel usage efficiency or AFUE rating of 70-75. During the 80's and 90's, we installed furnaces without pilot lights. As a result, installation costs raised an extra $200. However, the user was able to save about 12 gallons a year while giving the furnaces an AFUE rating of 80 - 82.
