severe weather = no deliveries in our area, but the weather's good. They next said there's ice on our stairs. Ice on stairs = severe weather?

-After numerous calls, they'd get the box, but they said it is too wet. It got wet because it rained during the ~8 days we waited for them to get it.... But, the box was secure & sturdy!

-We then had to get a new box for this ~100lb generator, and we scheduled pickup. They didn't get it when planned.

-Next they said they got it, but its sitting at our front step! They said they must have taken the wrong package. That's hard to understand, for the only other package around was delivered by USPS that day & was TO us from Victoria Secret. Did the diver decide he needs to know the bra size!? How could a lightweight box be mistaken for what's listed as ~100lbs? And, even if it could, how can the driver take a box w/o a UPS label on it and leave the one w/the label? How'd he even scan it? Turns out he didn't get anything but marked it...

Delivery today had several issues:

A. Box placed on driveway so loud I could hear a bang from inside the house w/the windows & doors shut.

B. I asked driver to bring packages to front door and he said "not today".

C. I asked why, and he ignored me entirely, saying nothing and left, and drove away.



I ask that the executive office review these problems, & ensure they'll not repeat. But, further issues followed my request....
