They sold me some fake Pokémon games once and they clearly knew they were fake. Do not waste your time on these scam artists, they should be run out of business.

This place sucks. Unfriendly service. Over priced products usally broken or covered in dirt. Return it then have fun with your store credit to buy something else thats dirty or broken. No thanks

They fixed my 360 last week and I have no issues besides the fans a little loud but its running like a champ.



Remeber this no repair shop is certified to repair sony or micrsoft products but Techs and Tronics I didnt have to wait a month like Microsoft said .

Idk what some people are saying I work for best buy and they did a great quick job on my phone. Mayb because u didnt get your PS3 back so quick micheal now u have fun waiting even longer after that review.

Do not bring your stuff here if u ever want it to work again. Period. And to TheTruth. Your either the owner a friend of tge owner or u got lucky. Watching youtube dose not give u the skillset to fix a ps3, xbox, or ipohne and regrdless of a switch in techs the guy thier now is a peice of trash youtube guided tech.

This place is horrible the games are overpriced and terrible quality. Their return policy sucks return within seven days of purchase for STORE CREDIT. There is nothing in that whole store worth going back for. My Girlfriend unknowin anything about games paid $64.00 for a super Nintendo that the salesman wouldnt open the box so she could see. when i opened it on xmax am i was totally disgusted that they would sell such a dirty piece of junk at a store in the mall never again.

A great place for buying video games and electronics, but I have read some bad reviews on their repairs. So buy stuff from there, get repairs elsewhere.

This place is a JOKE!! I took my iphone there for repair. That night I picked it up and the battery wouldn't take a charge. Went to the store the next day and was told that the repair was done elsewhere and to go see the guys at the leather store downstairs. I explained my problem to them. As he opened the phone he noticed a problem. After further review and a few calls, the "new" tech at Tech and Tronics did a BS job. Leaving out 6 screws, 3 clips, no screen behind the earpiece, not removing film from the inside the glass, not placing a wire in the proper location. When the man form the leather store inquired to the tech about his findings, everything was denied, however all the pcs missing were right there all over his desk. I witnessed the dis-assembly of my phone for the second time to witness all the findings for myself. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY here. You WILL be sorry!!

Worse repair shop i have ever been to, bought my iPhone 4g there to be customized to a baby blue shell, and my gasket and WiFi on my phone are now broken they refuse to fix it and say that i broke it, even though the phone was in perfect condition before i brought it there. This was the worse customer services i have ever dealt with. They also did not know what they had did to the phone i had to go back 5 times and they had a different person look at it to tell them they broke the gasket. They have no idea what they are doing i will never go here again, by far the worse experience i have ever had.

This store is great! I bought a used iPhone 4 but had a few problems with it. They fixed it up and the phone works great now. The owner Shawn is also really nice.
