Sourdough Pawn & Gun

I have been doing business with these people for over a year. Dont know what all the hating is about. They treat me very well like family in fact. They all ways answer my questions and are professional. Also I went to fast cash Alaska pawn before they were disrespectful what they had for sale was over priced and the time I wanted to pawn my gun with them they wanted to give me 40 bucks less than sourdough so I said forget it and took it back to Denny at sourdough who gave me the fair price I was use to from them. They have a down home Alaska feel too, rather than a corporate feel

The owner is a complete jerk. Acts like customers should be grateful he as stooped to even recognize their existence.

At first I had a good experience with them. A few weeks later denny the owner became more of a jerk. His gun smith sucks I brought it in to be fixed when I got it back the gun was still broke and scratched all over and still wanted to charge me for it. Denny is known for taking in and selling stolen guns and ripping people off. Not to mention the service that his daughter provides she must get it from her dad. So if you like to be treated like dirt sourdough is the place to go. Oh and then he told me I pawed a stolen gun with him. I have never palmerston a gun in my life. In short screw them

Simply the WORST buying experience I have ever dealt with, COMPLETLY unprofessional. I have NEVER had such horrible and insulting customer service in all my life!! Situation: I decide to cancel a layaway on a gun, (the terms of agreement for the layaway are - that if unpurchased after 30 days the product will be put back up for sale) THATS IT. So then they decide that its ok to not reimburse my deposit money on the layaway (which keep in mind is 1/2 the cost of the firearm), and when I specified to them thier terms of agreement, I had the owner and his daughter yelling at me in my face, called ignorant and threatened to be thrown out of the store, simply because I wanted my OWN money back. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUISNESS WITH THEM EVER!!!!!!
