So, I bought a wii and a nintendo 3ds. I never opened the 3DS so decided to take it to this company to sell. I was told they could not accept it unopened. Told me take it home, open it and come back in two days. Oh, and i am a gamestop member. Have the little card on my keychain. So, i do as she says. Take it home, open it up and took a look at it. Pretty cool little machine. But had no use for it. So, about a week later I take it back. The employee opens the box,

Pulls it all out...plugs it in etc. i am then told that they can give me $75 in store credit or $15 cash because the slot for the chqrger is bent and she can hardly get the charger plugged in to the machine. Of course, i am shocked!! She tells me she will have to send it in and have it fixed and that makes it refurbished. Of course I didnt take the $15!! I took it out to my car, and looked at it. Then i plugged the charger i. With NO PROBLEM!! It slid right in...so I went back into the store and questioned her. Saying that I would sell it ob craigslist ad dont understand why she saying the charger cant be plugged in?? She tells me that yes, it will charge with no provlems but deep downs where you cant see it is bent and the charger doesnt slide in easy and that it is Gamestops policy that everything be perfect!?!?!? Okay...so this is what i feel is going on. They will give you 50% trade in value what you have and will sell it as is. Which in my case is BRAND NEW! Or they will give you $15 cash saying it needs to be repaired and then still sell it as is!! I brought the 3DS home and plugged it in with NO PROBLEMS AT ALL!! What this tells me is this company is a RIP OFF! They will lie to you!! I am so so disappointed! So everyone beware!!

This place is great. Every time i walk in im greeted by a brightly faced staff that obviously love there job. There very knowledgeable of there business area and there fun to talk with. There speed in transaction depends on how much you talk to them. I talk a lot so im always having a good 15 min transaction, but i enjoy every second of it. I give this place a solid 10/10 5stars.
