Had a machine delivered to the hotel for my grandmother coming in for graduation. They did not include the concentrator bottle or the proper tubing. When my mother and I tried to call we sat on hold for their emergency number for over 2 hours before we finally gave up. Guess we'll have to try again tomorrow. I don't think "emergency" service should work like that.

Very dishonest. Quoted one rate then charged another much higher one. Horrible customer service. Don't do business with them.
