        My husband and I order from this Pizza Hut quite often because we love their food - especially the pastas. During the past year, we have been provided with excellent service. At least we (or should I say 'I' ) did up until yesterday. It was a last minute decision to place an order with them. Once their delivery person arrived with my order, it was at that time that I got into my purse to get the money for my order. I also realized that I didn't have enough money on me to provide him with a better tip than I was able to. I apologized to him for not being able to give him a better tip than that, but as he was walking away he told me 'I guess you just didn't have the money yesterday either?' He had a bad attitude and that right there was the worst service I have had with this company. The manager seemed like she would take care of the problem and gave us a credit, however if they don't get a better delivery person, he is going to create a big loss for the company,

        I don't even want to give a 1 star rating. This pizza hut is TERRIBLE. It hasn't been good in 2 years, I don'tknow if they had a change in management or something but its ridiculous. The food never tastes good or looks good for that matter. Last time we were there we thought ok.....let's try again and see. All 3 of us couldn't eat my husband, my self or our son. We are not normally picky eaters, but we couldnt eat it all. We all had a piece and threw the rest away. We had to go back in and ask for the sauce we ordered and paid for but didn't recieve. The floor where they made the pizza was disgusting. The whole store was gross. Lights didnt work outside there is pieces of the awning missing. Who wants to eat at a place that looks that bad from the outside??? We will NOT be going back.
