        Overall

        The people who work here are the rudest people I've ever dealt with. Today, I called to see if a package had arrived and if I could pick it up. The woman found the package there but did not like the fact that I wanted to pick it up when it was scheduled for delivery tomorrow. She hung up on me.

        When my husband picked up the package she told him four times "We aren't going to make a habit of this."



        The woman we dealt with today should be fired.

        the counter clerks are very rude - if they hate their jobs so much they should put them out on a carrier route or just terminate them
