This location has the biggest liars and lack of professionalism in FedEx. I was to receive a package guaranteed for overnight delivery. I go online to check my status at 8:45am. My package was sent out for delivery at 8:34am with a driver. I waited all day to receive my package. I go online again at 2pm and it stated that the driver attempted to deliver the package at 1:31pm but I was not available to receive the package. We had 3 people at home all day. Nobody home, either seen or heard from a FedEx driver. I called FedEx and they stated maybe somebody told the driver that I was not at home, then they said they had the wrong address, they said they could not contact the driver, then they said the driver said he might drop it off if he finished his other runs before 6pm. They close at 8:30pm. The driver outright lied and they all think it’s funny. I asked for a supervisor and I was put on hold for over an hour and then some supervisor name Mike said through a clerk that he would try to get the guy to bring the package in and have someone else take it to late tonight. I asked the clerk could I speak to Mike and she said she was getting off and Mike was busy as she laughed and I heard laughing in the background. I would advise everyone to avoid using FedEx at this location where this Mike clown acts out this charade of customer service. If he continues to be in charge, Lord help us. If they weren’t a monopoly, they would have been out of business. Don't do business here.

Use UPS! Like the previous reviewer we have had the same experience. Three calls to FED EX, two to their transit office where they assured us of delivery yesterday....no luck...and today a tag is left saying they could not deliver....we have been home all morning and there was no attempt made and now the website says that it will be Tuesday before delivery!!!! that is another 3 cays. Apple had best look for another company to deliver their products!

If I could give them zero stars I would. They tried twice to deliver a package (one of those times I was actually present) so prior to the third delivery I called FedEx and gave them my number, asking them to call me in advance of the delivery so that I could be sure to be right next to the door and avoid going all the way across the city. I got a call. After the "delivery". Delivery is in quotes because there are no signs of a delivery attempt like, say, a door tag. And then they claimed they had called before the attempt, which was almost certainly a lie because I returned all the missed calls I had that day. This is only the tip of the iceberg with the awful service for this location.
