We were very happy with the service. Booking was easy. They sent a confirmation with all the details. Everything that was to be included was very clear. The bus was very nice and clean. We used the bus to transport executives to the meeting, an after meeting and then back to our office. They were very reliable. The driver had a nice personality. I would highly recommend.

This was the first time I used DC Private Car, and I was very impressed. They responded immediately to my quote request, and I like that it was all inclusive so there was no confusion about the proper amount to tip. Daniel in booking was lovely and very efficient. Eddy was my driver, and he was just delightful. My dog got out as we were loading my luggage and gave him quite a scare. In spite of this, he was totally professional, attentive and just an all around lovely person. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with this company.

Our driver Patrick was fabulous, too -- on time for pickup, returned promptly whenever we needed him, and was unfazed by small requests/changes of plan -- totally calm, cool, collected, polite, even offering his hand to help each of us climb out of the limo each time. We had a great experience -- I would highly recommend DC Private Car and would definitely use them again. Thank you!
