Warren Eye Care

There are many other choices in and around Warren. Very shady, they take every opportunity to add on costs. The optometrist is extremely impatient and the optician will not give you information unless you ask for it. After I chose my frames and was happy with my decision, the receipt had an added cost of nearly $100. I asked why and was told that I needed a lens made of a specific material the frames that I chose. The optician said he did not tell me earlier because I didn't ask. I guess I could have brushed up on my lens/frame compatability knowledge before going there, but I really don't have time for that. Better to go to a place with good customer service. I ended up purchasing from a different store and everything was clearly explained and I felt that they put my needs before their profit margin.
