Catholic Supply House

I've been shopping here more and more the last couple of years. I've found them to be better stocked and more willing to help than another supply store in the area.

They sell beautiful vestments and catholic accessories. Whenever I need a religious item (especially a gift) I choose the supply house. Very local!

I always go out of my way to visit this store because they always have what I am looking for. This particular time I was looking for some items for a project for my 1st grade Faith Formation students and the lady was very helpful. She went out of her way to find me something that wasn't expensive for the number of students I needed items for. I will continue to visit this store because they always have what I need.

I have shopped here for years. I have always had gracious, courteous, and helpful experiences. They always have what I'm looking for and more, especially items I have looked for at other Catholic stores. The prices are better than other stores too. They go out of their way to help me find things. The store is clean, spacious and well stocked. They also always have information about area Catholic events that I can attend. I love the Catholic Supply House!

The employees at this christian store were not at all friendly. I went there knowing that there was a large selecton hoping to find what I was looking for; in turn I was not treated very kindly and the gentleman referred to in some of the other reviews was truly disrespectful. He was upset that my daughter spilled literally two drops of water on the floor he then proceeded to follow us out the door muttering comments and shaking his head. This was the worst shopping experience I've ever experienced. My mother and I will NEVER shop there again. I have worked in customer service in banking for 15 years now and I was astonished at the service knowing how important it is to keep your customers happy.

I wonder of the employees are even christian, they surely didn't act as they are. The service was terrible as the employees were RUDE!

I agree that they carry a lot of merchandise but the customer service is below a zero. I stopped into the store looking for a christening candle for my son's christening and wasn't sure of the size. They keep those bigger candles in the back and the gentleman (older gentleman with glasses) that was helping me was huffing and puffing the whole way just because I was such an inconvenience of his time. He only ended up bringing me out two candles, one at a time, and then started breathing heavy when I wanted him to go get the first one he brought out. Maybe he thought I was going to steal it and run out the door. lol. It is hillarious how a Catholic supply store is so "unchristianlike." Needless to say I told him not to even bother because he had a poor attitude. Amazing. I will never return there again even if I have to drive to another country to get what I need. I will pray for him.
