I went in disappointed with my computer and Brian Hickey's, out the kindness of his heart helped me and solved all my computer problems, that he wasn't obligated to do. The staff is friendly and doesn't judge, they are really helpful and give fair prices, and my favorite part is that they are very good about working with deadlines and giving extensions in this bad economy. I pass about 10 pawnshops and drive almost an hour just to take my stuff here. 100% recommend.
