Party Magic

Party Magic in Warminster, PA is absolutely HORRENDOUS. I had the worst experience with them and wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Not only did they get the deliveray date wrong (even though I called that morning to confirm), but they also tried to deliver my inflatable to my house even though my event was at a different location. TO TOP IT OFF, when they actually delivered the inflatable, it was the WRONG one!!!! No one is there to pick up the phone on the weekends so don't even try calling. If something happens to go wrong with your event, you are completely SOL. I never received a call back after I tried to reach people several times over the weekend - and when I called to talk to someone during the week they completely confirmed that everthing was error on their part. BUT DID THEY DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT? No. Nothing. To be honest, I dont think they would have ever called me back. I wasnt looking for a complete credit but maybe a waive of the delivery charge or something. The company is a crock of s. And, Joel, the manager, has no idea what he is doing over there.

I had my son's birthday party at the party facility in Warminster. The facility was much smaller than expected and not what I would expect to pay more than $20 per child for. The blow ups were cute but there were only four of them with a small pool table and foosball table. The pizza was Papa Johns and they gave each child exactly one slice and kept the rest for themselves. Also, drinks were one Capri Sun pouch with no extras for thirsty kids jumping around in the blowups. Make sure you know that they also tack on a surprise $30 "clean up" fee, which consisted of our hostess throwing away some plates and drink pouches. (I could have done that?) Overall, not a terrible place but there are many more places out there with way better facilities and more generous amenities for the money spent.

I've used this company many times over. For my daughters first communion party to school events. They are professional and the equipment is clean! I will continue using them year after year for all my events and I recommend them to all my friends whose kids are having parties!
