Walgreens

I called this Walgreens because I was looking for a specific makeup product and I wanted to see if they carried it as I was told it was hard to find. I had called other Walgreens closer to my house and the employees we lets just say "less than helpful". One customer service person didnt speak english and another actually hung up on me when I asked her if she was familiar with the brand I was looking for as she said she didnt know if they carried the brand at all after getting the name of what I asked for wrong. I only asked the question to be polite and make sure she heard the name correctly again before she told me no...

Anyway, back to this Walgreens and their 5 STAR service. I called and asked for someone in makeup and got a lovely woman named Pat. She asked me what I was looking for and I told her. She then put me on hold and said she would look. She came back and apologised for the brief wait (I wasnt upset at all, it truly was brief) and asked me if I wouldnt mind holding again as she had asked the cosmatology person to look for my product. I of course didnt mind and thought it was great that she didnt blow me off but actually enlisted another person who she thought could be of better help.

Ultimately they didnt find what I needed but I was impressed by how professional and nice Pat was.

Customer Service Does Matter and I will now be a frequent customer at this particular Walgreens.
