free change over and free scratches



I bought winter tires there last winter and when they put in the tires they scratched my rims. You are able to see the dents inside the circles where the lugnuts go. They also didn't screw one of the nut tight enough that it fell out and I had to drive back there and have them put one back..I went back today (April 22, 08) to have the tires changeover from winter to summer tires and specifically told the guy that took my keys to be careful with my rims because last time they got scratched up..When the car was done, I noticed scratches everywhere on the center of the rims where the lugnuts are, and asked the guy why are these scratches there..he told me that its just dirt and oil so he tried to clean it up but the scratches still showed..I spoke to the manager and instead of taking responsibility for damaging my rims and to better the situation, he claimed there are no scratches and they are just dirt and oil.I CAN TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SCRATCH AND DIRT&OIL STAINS! I cleaned my rims past sunday and i can tell which scratches were there and whatnot. THEY DONT MAGICALLY APPEAR OVERNIGHT..They were careless with the power socket as they were taking out the lugnuts and also mishandling the rims.VERY UNHAPPY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE WORK..I advise to whoever reading this review to not go there because it might happen to you and they wont do anything for you to make it better.
