We offer professional training and management for the show horse, in a friendly, family atmosphere. We train trail and pleasure horses as well as show horses destined for rated Arabian shows. Topside has an extensive list of local shows to attend this year. Please watch for us and come by to say Hi! We welcome visitors to the farm, but appreciate a call so we can spend time showing you around. Each horse receives individualized care, training and feeding to achieve optimum health and training success. With more than 75 years of combined experience on staff, your horse will shine!

I am extremely happy with my experience at Irvine Training. Tyler, Kari, and the rest of their clients have become my barn family. My horses are happy and healthy thanks to Kari's nutritional knowledge, and my horses and I have never worked better together thanks to Tyler's training. The facility and stalls are kept clean, the arena is in good condition, and I wouldn't even consider going elsewhere.
I have had two horses with Irvine Training that have done exceptionally well there. Tyler and Kari are professional and kind. The horses love them. Both of my horses have had success on the Class-A and regional show level. I could not be happier. This barn has truly become a part of my family.
At Irvine Training, each horse is treated like a family member. We receive daily updates about their progress & well-being. Tyler & Kari make themselves readily available to answer any questions we have. Their commitment to teaching clients about responsible horsemanship is apparent from the first time you walk in the barn.
An example of Irvine Training’s excellence is the change in health & performance I’ve seen in my mare over the last 8 months. Since being at Irvine Training, she has not had any further episodes of colic, and is sound. She began competing again in the summer, and was the Region 15 champion in mounted native costume. She recently went to US Nationals and made two incredibly difficult cuts.
Most importantly, Fancy is happy. Her eyes are bright, her coat is shiny, and her feet have never looked better. Seeing my mare thrive and enjoy her life is a direct result of the commitment, talent and business practices of the Irvine Training team.
I've worked with Irvine training since 2009. I've had several horses with them and trained by them. I worked for them for 2 years, and continued to keep my show horse with them after I stopped working for them because I knew she would be well taken care of. Now they're caring for her during her pregnancy and I couldn't be happier. They've always given me sound advice and made sure my opinions were well considered.
I had horses with them. I do not recommend them at all.

Although living in the Age of Information is a wonderful thing, in some ways it can be very harmful to small businesses -- and unfortunately this is one of those situations. We have been made aware of the fact that this review was left by a disgruntled person who was working for us in exchange for pasture board (the wife of the above reviewer, John W.), and yet there is nothing we can do to have it removed. This individual kept his horses with us for well over a year -- something we sincerely hope he wouldnt have done if his horses were being starved or neglected. In addition, surely he would have sued us if we had truly harmed his vehicle. If you are a potential customer reading this review, we ask that you give us the opportunity to give you references from our customers (past and present), and we invite you to tour our facility and view our horses at any time. Furthermore, we can certainly offer proof that we have never had any issue with law enforcement -- professionally or personally. We have been in business for six years, and if we had done the things weve been accused of in this review, we certainly would have gone out of business years ago.
