i.e., AAfter meeting with owner at my home to address my cleaning needs and being that I live alone in a large home I wanted to discuss security and safety in her hiring practices. She absolutely assured me that all of her employees had approved security background checks and would also be sending the same team for each cleaning. She totally sold me on her company and I was so excited I could not wait for her team to begin on a bi-weekly timeline. The first cleaning went well and the team leader was excellent and paid attention to her job and the cleaning of my home... I tried this service several additional times, each time was progressively worse, with a completely different team for each cleaning. They were always late on arrival which made them rush through my home to get to their next job. My house was left a mess... They even used oven cleaner on my Viking stove top, which ruined the finish! And these ladies always seemed to be upset and unhappy with their job and the company. My breaking point was when the 4th new team showed up at my home and no one team member spoke or understood the English language. Since they did not understand what I was asking of them, they just turned around and left my home. I was assured the cleaning team would be the same at each cleaning and that they could speak English....NOT TRUE. This rude owner seems to have no real management skills and is desperate in her hiring practices, which is putting her customers at a security risk. I should have asked to review those background checks. This was a huge waste of my time and money! local favorite, or highly recommended because

This person does not give a chance to talk when you call.. I had similar issues of they not answering the phone for ever until I called from another number and got Zelinda on line.. She kept giving excuses. I think she only aims for a one time cleaning. Their staff was not on time and they did not bother to call us back. They look exhausted when they came to my place as they had done a previous home. Will not use these guys ever....

I would definitely stay away from this company, as they were VERY unreliable! I gave this company so many chances to make-up for their short-comings. However, I could never get a hold of the owner via phone, she NEVER called me back. When I did schedule a cleaning service for my home, which was supposed to be on an every other week timeframe, the crew NEVER showed up! When I did finally get a hold of Zerlina, she gave me excuse after excuse as to why the ladies did not show up. This happened at least 3 times. Too boot, I even gave this company a third chance even after one of the girls broke my bathroom light fixture and it took forever to get reimbursed for it! The last straw was when I booked a cleaning (yes, after I got my light fixed by my husband and paid for by Zerlinda) I waited at home (prior to going to work) to let them in (as I usually did) and no one showed up. Needless to say, I was FURIOUS. So I called, left many voice messages, and finally said, "THAT IS IT - NO MORE!!!"
