        Overall

        Put money down on an Ibanez guitar, something came up a week and a half or so later and joel, the owner, refused to give me my deposit back even though the guitar never left the store. After a week of going back and forth with joel and having to threaten legal action I was able to get all but 50 dollars back and the other 50 in store credit. I will no longer step foot in his store and tell my friends to do the same. Bridge of harmony is a much more customer friendly store and the employees there don't have any bias in brand. Rocktown likes to talk down on fenders and prs. My bro went in to buy a prs at rocktown, but joel talked him out of it. Not very gd business practices in my opinion
