Mesinas, Elaine, DDS

My 6 year old daughter had an appointment with Dr Mesinas this past week. She has a regular pediatric dentist but she needed work done on her permanent tooth so she was referred to Dr. Mesinas because she's a general dentist. It was by far the WORST and the most HORRENDOUS experience for both my 6 year old and I. This woman should not EVER work with children or any human being in that matter. she's rude, offensive, impolite, cruel, and unprofessional.



When she first came in she didn't bother to greet me or my daughter. she went on to take some X-Rays but scolded her staff for not doing it before hand. While taking the X-Rays she's shoving these things down my daughter's throat and my daughters trying to tell her to please stop but she keeps shoving it in. My daughter ends up throwing up all over herself. as this is happening she's telling my daughter "what's wrong with you... why are you crying..." then turns to me and tells me that i need to leave... like i would leave my 6 year old with someone like that. as a mother my gut told me it was wrong... what she was doing was wrong... i just had such a bad feeling but it was a dentist... maybe my daughter is over reacting. so then came the needle to "put her tooth to sleep". her staff held my daughters arms, legs, and head while she shoved the needled into her gums. i've NEVER heard my baby scream the way she did. it gave me nightmares to hear her scream like that. it was the worst sound of helplessness, horror, and cry for mercy that i've ever heard and they just kept going. i couldn't take it any more. i pushed the staff off my daughter and gave her a hug to let her know i was there while Dr Mesinas is telling me "what's wrong with her.. what's her problem... see you should've went in the waiting room." if my daughter wasn't there i think i would've slapped her but my daughter was clinging to me and just wanted out.



Dr Elaine Mesinas is a MONSTER. She should not EVER work with any human being (children or adult) because she's EVIL. I hate you!!! I don't know how you ever became a dentist but you should be locked up for your cruelty. I wish my phone battery wasn't dead because i would've recorded the entire experience and sure have put you out of business. BEWARE of this woman!! You're better off letting all your teeth fall out because this woman is Horrible and her staff look completely afraid of her.
