I was told my car would be done in an hour and a half. Twenty minutes later it was finished. Of course I realize that can’t always happen; but every effort was given to do the best job possible for me. It was so nice to be treated with respect and good service at Lex Brodies In Waipahu. Thank you.

Have you ever been somewhere where they treat you badly???

I have, and I don't like it... the Office girl/cashier should be able to make each customer

feel like they are important. We went there about 230 in the afternoon, to get 2 tires.

I could see that my auto was done and sat and waited. 20 mins. I asked the cashier

that my auto was done, she looks (only in front of her nose) and can't find the paper work.

So I have to go out to the Tech, who tells me that it's done.. In essence, I'm doing someone else's

job hunting down my paperwork so I can PAY and leave. oh yeah the THANK YOU VERY MUCH

is only on the receipt. your keys are in the truck...In these tough times, sometimes you get only 1

chance to do it right... Buy your tires SOMEWHERE else, I'm sure you could get better service.
