Wow! I was completely blown away by the level of customer service I received from Billy at B&C Towing. Despite his booked schedule, he made the time and found a way to get my car to the repair shop. My mechanic will be surprised to find my car waiting for him in the morning. Billy sincerely cares about his customer. I'm hooked on B&C Towing!

Billy is great! Very professional and personal. He towed my K5 clear across the island at a very reasonable price. I can't recommend him enough!

I never write reviews for anything, but this dude was quick, knowledgeable, helpful and cheaper than the first 4 places I called. By far the best towing experience I've had. Right on braddah! Mahalo for helping me out at 3 in the morning. I'm calling you guys over the others from now on. Never going with ACE towing again.

Was bored trying to find some car parts, called kinda late not needing a tow just if he had the car parts I was looking for. Expected a semi nice response from all the reviews I read.... He was EXTREMELY nice and very helpful. Recommended not one but two places for me to check out. Thanks billy! Let it rip brotha, aloha.

Came out on a Sunday afternoon. Grabbed an old car from the garage. No issues, took it no hassle.

He was very nice and helpful to getting me what I needed even though he didn't have it he referred me to another place to get it. Awesome guy!

Billy helped out last night. He was on his way to the gym and was diverted to provide some much needed assistance. He beat me to the bike (stranded on the freeway) and was eager to get it up on his custom truck and back out to my house. He was also full of delightful info and suggestions on how to rectify my clutch issue. Highly recommend him and his services if you are out here on the west/south shores of Oahu!

Billy is a great guy, had me off the road in 15 minutes, and also is fixing the problem on my truck. He is a real stand up guy, real fair, and a good citizen. I recommend B&C Towing to anyone on island!

i was stuck on the free way it was late like 2:45AM late and my engine wasn't working properly and i gave Billy a call and he came down ASAP and gave me the best deal i could find on this island. He helped me find a new engine for a low price and the service he provided was the best that i could find. B&C towing is by far the best towing company on island and i would recommend him to anyone of my friends and family and to whoever needs the help.

Bill is awesome. My car stalled coming out of Kipapa Gulch. He happened to be behind me. He pulled up right in front of me and towed me out at a really reasonable price. My car had no oil, probably a leak, and he offered me great advice on how to fix it. He even gave me a ride to the ATM and a ride to the car part store to pick out the Marvel's Mystery Oil that he suggested. He even managed to cheer me up.



Still feel like crap cause my car might be totaled but at least I had a really awesome tow guy to help me out.

I needed a tow during rush hour coming from downtown at 5pm. Billy from B&C was coming from Mililani and got to me in 35 minutes. He originally quoted me 45 minutes but got to me quicker. Once he arrived he was very friendly and had me off the road in 5 minutes. B&C's prices are way below the competitors, and the service is professional and fair. Billy was a stand up guy and I would recommend B&C to anyone in need of a tow. Thanks for everything. -Zach

These guys are great. Didn't have to wait long at all when I called. They came right over and were very helpful. Didn't take long to hook up my car the driver just went straight to business. Also the driver was able to tow my car to my house and then came early the next morning to take my car to the auto shop and all for a very affordable price! I would recommend them to everyone. All in all great experience and I would call them anytime I need help again.
