        Have your son/daughter/Soldier get a P.O.Box. These people loose your packackages and give your Soldier a hard time for even asking where it is!!!!! AND as long as the Post Office has a 'signature' they won't honor the Insurance you buy. What they don't tell you is that whomever accepts it signs it by the name of the post office, not THEIR REAL name!!!! I'm so angry I swear to God I will be writing letters as high up as I can and so help me God they better not give my Soldier a hard time, because i will find out about it. A very upset mother!!!!!
