Palms of Kilani

really close to work, good price, staff is nice. its an older building, but we were concerned about that... price range was more important to us, and we got a really good price. move in special was good too!

My husband's first duty station in the Army is Schofield Barracks. We were looking for something close to work and within our budget. We planned to tour a bunch of apartments between Wahiawa and Mililani, but we quickly discovered that most places here dont have offices on site and you have to call a realtor to schedule an appointment - which, they never call you back.



We showed up at the Palms without an appointment and Amanda took us around the community with no problem. She was very friendly and knew a lot about the area. We felt comfortable and she wasnt pushy. We put a deposit down that day and took advantage of their awesome special.



We love our apartment, we have a lot of space for the two of us, and it was a great price. The only complaint we have is the noise from the school bus parking lot behind our apartment, but its tolerable.



The office staff is really friendly and i think we'll be happy here.

i been living at palms of kilani for over 10 years. grace has made living here a good experience. shes helpful and down to earth. edwin is always smiling and fixes everything!

convenient, fair price, having a office on site is helpful when you have questions. 4 stars because no washer dryer in my apartment, but it is cheaper than going somewhere else and convenient having it downstairs. but id still like one in my apartment!

I recently got a section 8 voucher and i been looking online to find a place. I didn't know it was going to be that hard! I knew Palms of Kilani accepted it cuz my friend lives there so i looked up reviews online. i saw some stuff about high utility bills but thought id call anyway because utilities are expensive everywhere. I spoke to Amanda and she knew a lot about the program which helped because no one really took the time to explain it to me and my worker was hard to understand and is always busy. i didnt qualify because my voucher wasnt enough, but she educated me on how it works and I was able to find something elsewhere. i wanted to write a review because i use the internet a lot and think personal reviews are helpful... its not often you find nice people that help you even though you arent going to do business with them.

the employees at the palms are great! its a nice little community they've got here!

the wife and i have had a good experience at the palms so far. great location. close to family and the beach. maintenance guys are friendly and work fast. office ladies are always there and have all the answers! were happy here

I am writing a review to express how impressed I am with management. There was an issue with some residents in our building and we addressed the concern with Grace in the office. Now, I won't go into details on what the problem was, but it was quite serious.



She handled the issue quickly & professionally. Thank you so much Grace!



My family and I move a lot and we've encountered some problematic landlords and I hope that these owners know that they have a gem in their hands.

while i was deployed my wife was put in charge of getting us a home for when i return. amanda was helpful and made the task easy for her. i appreciate that. my wife picked a good spot, close to work and both amnada and grace have been helpful in accepting all the packages coming through the mail for us. that is especially appreciated since we dont need to go stand in long lines at the post office!

we moved back here after my husbands deployment finished. we lived on base previously but wanted to live off. i called and talked to amanda and she guided me through applying and leasing over the phone and through email. it was easy and she kept in touch with me along the way. the move was smooth and fast.

I just moved into the Palms of Kilani and had a pleasant experience. The women in the office were very helpful and accommodating to my date changes. Seeing them interact with other residents leads me to believe that ill be hppy here.

I've been living at the Palms of Kilani for 4 years and I have no plans on moving.... Management is awesome. Grace and her team do an amazing job making everyone feel like home at the Palms of Kilani. You truly can see all the TLC that the staff has for the property.

I used to be an employee here at the Palms of Kilani and was a part of the transformation from what it was to what it is. I did resign from the Palms of Kilani about a year ago to move to another island. I've recently come back and was amazed by the additional improvements that have been made. I know the staff is always professional and courtesy. I will always continue to refer family and friends to the Palms of Kilani. Recently my sister moved in and she couldn't be happier.

Palms of Kilani is a great place to live! I absolutely love the fact that it is located in walking distance to everything! I do have a car, however I enjoy the fact that I have that option. I do recommend renting here at the Palms of Kilani!
