Captains Tree Service LLC

This company is awesome and I can't tell enough people! I had a situation with a cat stuck in my tree. I had called the police department, the fire department, and animal control - no one could help. I got ahold of a different tree service who came out, but could not reach the cat. Day 3 the cat was still stuck, and was crying out in distress. Someone told me to call Alonso @ Captain's Tree service. This man was so kind. I spoke to him the evening before and explained the situation to him and he told me he would come out the following morning, and promised me that he would get the cat down safely. He got to my house, climbed to the TOP of this tree 65+ feet, and rescued the cat as promised. He did not take a dollar and did this out of the kindness of his heart. I am blown away with this company and I will be using them for ANY needs in the future!!

BUT THATS NOT THE REVIEW!! July 3rd, Sunday a few days before we are going on vacation
our indoor cat got out and climbed 60 ft up a tree. With no where to go and no end game in sight on a whim I called Captains tree service. Mind you this is a holiday weekend,Sunday. In 40 minutes they were out, they couldn't use a bucket truck , which they brought, but had to climb the tree. He got my cat down, like a hero!! I asked him, how much do I owe you, he said, nothing, I just had to help you. Unbelievable!!! I cannot recommend them enough. He saved my cat, my vacation. I will only use and only recommend Captains tree service. I don't remember his name unfortunately, but if you call please tell him this story as I cant thank him enough!!!

We had a tornado touch down in our town of Collingswood early Saturday morning June 24th. We called Captains Tree Service and they came out that afternoon with a free estimate which we found so reasonable, we did not bother to search further. They came out Sunday, worked all day and our yard was back to normal that evening. We were completely satisfied with the work and were astounded by their promptness and hard work. We highly recommend them and will use them again to trim some of our trees.
