worse hotel ever. customer service was terrible. hotel was very dirty. the entire hotel had a foul order. the rooms were old, had to clean the room before using it. the windows had a dirt build up as if they were not cleaned in months. locks were broken. air condition was out in the room and in the entire hotel for that matter,and to make things worst the rooms had roaches. took pictures of the bugs in the room and showed the front desk and was told they didnt know what to do,manager was a no show on a busy holiday weekend. i will never stay in this hotel every again - had i known of this i would have skipped the stay all together - since this only hotel with a vacancy . anyone reading this review please stay far away from this poor customer service,dirty roach infested hotel. this hotel deserves no stars!!!!! and should be knocked down and made into a parking lot

Terrible service. Check in is at 3 and even though we had animals they would not give us any sort of air conditioning. The lobby had no air either. They told us check in was at 11 so we came up on time. Front desk personel were very rude and was rolling her eyes at us. Never will recommend this hotel to anyone.
