I purchased a diamond for an engagement ring and couldn't be more pleased. I had already purchased the setting and I simply mailed it to the store and had it back, diamond set and ring appraised within 7 days. Equally important for me - You couldn't beat the price on the diamond, at least $1,000 less than any diamond of equal quality that I found in the last 6 months of shopping. Also, if you call the store you can speak with Phil, the owner, nearly anytime or he will return your call promptly. For an out of state person that was a little worried about shipping an engagement ring through the mail, I am now a believer. I will only buy jewelry from Phil Ralph and Madison Jewelers.
