Chesapeake Bay Realty

I started renting from a owner who used Chesapeake Bay Realty. I rented over a year. I was allowed to paint whatever I wanted. When it was time to move out. I was tolled to paint the walls back to Off White. ( I am never tolled to paint it back) So I did and I had the family room and master bedroom carpets cleaned. Cleaned every bathroom. I tried calling the Realtor the last week of July, last day was 31st. She never returned my calls all weekend. Then August 5th I received 5 calls during the work day saying that they did the walk thur with out me. She tolled me that I didn't have ALL the carpets cleaned and that there was a miscommunication with the Realtor and owner about the walls that the owner wanted WHITE, not Off white. and that I needed to have the fire-place sweep and that they want me to turn back the power so they could have the carpets cleaned again. ( them paying for the carpet but wanting me to put the power in my name ??) .NO, have the power turned on to my name is CRAZY, It is now AUG 6th almost one week to past the last day, there was the 5 days grace period and no one want to return my phone calls. I said to bad about the walls and the fire-place was never used and it is not in my lease to have the fire-place sweep. So the next Friday they had the power turned on and THEY paid for all that the carpets and the power. I went over and set with the carpet people, they tolled me to turn the AC down low so that the WET carpet didn't mold. That is what I did, So now Saturday morning I am calling and calling NO Answer, I drove to the Realtors office and no-one was there, Finally after dozen of message for the Realtor she called back saying that the FINALLY walk thru will be Monday. I took off work early and meet her, to look over the problems that I fixed on the walk thur that THEY DID WITH OUT ME! Everything looked good but then the came up with more problems about the bathrooms. That the sinks in the bathrooms didn't have stoppers?? ( they never did had them when i moved in ) and that some shelves need to be put back up that was fallen down so we took them off the wall. So now I am dealing with a house 10 days later and still no money!!! and I no longer live at!!!
