The Henrietta Brewer House, Inc. is a 14 private unit State Licensed Assisted Living Residence located in the town of Vineyard Haven MA on the Island of Martha's Vineyard.The HBH is actually a private residence in a residential neighborhood located blocks from the center of town, shopping, parks, library, ferry and public transportation. We opened in 1994 and have served many Islanders as well as family member who were brought here to be closer to family members.Maybe you are a senior who considers Martha's Vineyard your home, but are now finding difficulty managing it all and your needs would be better met in a residence offering a homelike environment where assistance is available 24 hours a day. You might be family member looking to bring your loved one closer to you so that their needs maybe met and you will have the pleasure of enjoying their company once again without the burden of trying to have their care met from afar.Our home provides private rooms, decks and common areas in which to enjoy private or group activities. Delicious and nutritious home cooked meals are served daily and overseen by a registered dietitian. The care plan is coordinated with our registered nurse and the care followed up by our staff of certified nurses aids.
