Our wood burning oven, set at 900 degrees, produces truly authentic Neapolitan pizzas, verified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. Authentic Neapolitan pizzas have specific characteristics, including a thin center and charred, puffy edges, and are ready in less than two minutes.
