I recently discharged from a chapter 7 bankruptcy ando needed a new form of transportation. I went on line and searched vehicles to me my needs. The next day I was contacted by Sergio one of the top salesman at Grenier Buick GMC. Man words can't describe the Service I received. I was able to purchase a vehicle alol in one phone conversation with Sergio and I didn't have to leave home. Sergio is definitely the straight forward giving no run around to his customers. Honestly I know there is a God and the best way to describe Sergio is that he's definitely heaven sent. I've purchased many cars in the past but I must say no one has made me feel this comfortable on making my purchase Lukve Sergio has. I can go on and on how I feel right now. So really and truthfully if your looking to purchase a new vehicle, please search Greiner Buick in Victorville CA ask for Sergio I personally guarantee you absolutely won't regret it. Triple AAA plus to you Sergio and thank you so much you've given me the confidence to reassurance me that even after bankruptcy Life is going to be o.k. I won't go into details of how Great Sergio is. I rather you look him up and let his work for you be the proof in the pudding. Thank you a million times Sergio. I sure I'm going to lover my 2013 Buick Lacrosse, 0 money down, oops I told it anyway. Lol. But seriously Thanks Sergio and thanks Grenier Buick for having the best salesman ever.

I went in on a Tuesday morning at 8am when it was slow to get my oil changed. I was quoted 30 minutes for my service. I waited 2 hours and 20 minutes.

While I waited, I noticed that my service person told every other person that they were finishing up their vehicle and that it was in being washed for them. Every other person who waited with me, received their vehicle washed by the service department, except for me.

I have lived in the High Desert area for 30 years and can tell you that not once has this establishment ever washed my vehicle for me.

There must be some standard criteria they go by in offering to wash vehicles, perhaps you need to be old, white, and appear to have money, before they will wash your vehicle for you.



They have never washed my vehicle, but seeing the others have theirs washed was extremely hurtful and insulting to me, especially after waiting nearly 2 and a half hours to get my oil changed.



And believe me, my vehicle could have used a washing.



They give you a receipt when you check in that you are supposed to be able to get a free drink with, while you wait. I was not able to get a free drink, as I cannot drink soft drinks or coffee due to ulcers. I asked for tea, but they said a tea bag was not included as being in their free drink offer and that I would have to purchase the cup of tea.



They no longer have a computer with internet acess for customers who are waiting on their vehicles.



I could go into more detail about what occurred here, but I don't know if I am able to list names and specific circumstances, so I will just say that I am insulted and extremely annoyed that I waited for 2 hours and 20 minutes for my vehicle to its oil changed on a non- busy morning. And, by the way, I was not told my vehicle was ready, I had to look into it and inquire about it myself. If I hadn't of done that, I would still be sitting there.
