        I have been going to Victoria Family Dentistry for several years now. They are always polite and professional. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of with them. I can say I actually enjoy getting my teeth cleaned. Dr. Rachel Heard is awesome and I would never consider going somewhere else.

        All 3 Dr. Heards have always been caring, knowledgeable, & professional as well as the staff. Also, you don't have to wait very long which is a huge blessing!

        Shocked to see someone give Dr. Heard one star. I would expect to pay for a doctor time, so to complain about it seems ridiculous to me.



        I had a dental implant in September, 2015. I never waited more than 5 minutes. Most of the time they got me right back. The staff was very friendly, but professional. Dr. Heard took time to explain the process and what to expect. He, too, was very nice and professional. The office is clean and very pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Heard!

        Overall

        I was refered to him by Thomas Carter. Heard refered me to Dr. Rivera. Did no work but charged me $95. What a rip off.
