Walmart - Pharmacy

I absolutely love every person at this pharmacy. They should be the model of exceptional bedside manner and customer service for every field.

I moved to Victor from Canada a few months ago, right in the middle of some tough health issues that left me in tremendous pain. Picking up prescriptions at a Walmart (!!!!) after some of the most excruciating medical testing should be an awful task; but I’m so grateful for the consistent care, compassion and warmth from every single person at this pharmacy. They've helped me through some of my worst days, even when I felt alone without my family around. Joe (Pharm D) and April (R.Ph) are the most friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and down to earth pharmacists I’ve ever known. Sandy is easily one of my favorite people on the planet. The empathy she showed me during one of the worst days of my life is something I’ll never forget. Seth is always also so kind and warm.

Everyone there has so much patience as my anxiety gets the better of me when there’s insurance-talk. This team has made a huge difference in my life. (I wish I knew everyone’s name so I could thank them. I’ll likely update this review in the near future.)

I honestly never expected to find this level of care at a Walmart pharmacy. I can’t give them enough stars.

don't respond to phone calls or are late to do so. Don't always let me know that Rx is ready . Frequent staff changes. April is terrific, but techs are so,so.
