Service

Early lunch at the Firehouse Subs in Vero Beach, I decided upon the Nashville Hot Brisket sandwich combo meal. Janet was both cashier and server.

The sandwich itself was a USDA Choice beef brisket that was – apparently - slow smoked for around 16 hours, along with a spicy Nashville Hot seasoning, sweet and tangy coleslaw, spicy pickle chips, mayo, and melted pepper jack cheese on a toasted cornbread roll. Bottled water and a cookie completed my combo meal.

Sandwich was tasty and spicy hot as earlier advised by Janet when ordering. A bit pricy at $10 and change, but I would order it again.

Location was clean and well taken care of. Janet was friendly and polite – no issues with service or attention to detail. Plenty of shopping center parking.
