        Poor customer relations

        I used the head branch of this group at Tacoma for a proposed sprinkler system. They attended and were friendly and efficient. I was promised a bid back within a few days. Nearly a month later I am still waiting and have had numerous calls never returned. In fact the last time I could contacht the person in charge of this job was the day he attended the site nearly 3 weeks ago.
