Mimi Nails & Spa

I am a far and reasonable person but this business cares very little about their customers. I have brought my daughter there a number of times and the nails were always just OK but never outstanding. This last time was a nightmare. The nails looked terrible, they were Fallon off after 3 days, and they made our teenage daughter cry when she tried to confront the owner by herself. I guess Mimi thinks she can push teenagers around. I personally went into the business to ask them to discuss the problem and the owner is more interested in Saving 15 minutes of her own time than saving a customer. Good luck staying in busienss Mimi! Your going to need a lot more advertising to replace all the customers you must be losing.
