these people that makes that taxes are greedy bastards..they don't care about you at all.. they advertise to get your taxes done for 89.99 dollars then charge you 150 for it.. they ask for your information and confirm it there but hastily does their job so you they could get your money. There has been way too many errors in my tax returns.. the first one was they put the SAME social security number on me and my wife. who the heck has the same social security and yet they placed the same one and the boxes for those are just under each other. The second one was they got your ID but then put my second name into my MIDDLE name.. I have two first name and because of this error I have TWO LAST names in the tax return.. Last and most aggravating was they confirmed my address and yet placed an address that lacked an apartment number.. now I don't know where the heck my refund is.. im so disappointed. never again.. don't go here. you are warned
