Wal-Mart SuperCenter

I hate hate hate this Walmart! The photo center is the worst! I've ordered many times online and I call to check if it is done they never pick up, tell me no before even looking, rude, etc. I then go to pick the pictures up and when I walk by the center employees are chatting away and no one is in the photo center which explains why they never pick up the phone. When I approach the chatty employees to see if someone can assist me they act like I'm rude for interrupting them and tell me to wait at the photo center and someone will be there to help me. After waiting some more they finally end their conversation and dig for my photos. No thank hous, have a nice day, etc. it's always busy there but there never seem to be any help. It's dirty and employees are rude. If they have to do a price check be prepared to run and show them he sign yourself that has the price. Don't get me started on the self check out! The employee who works there is NOT helpful and lazy!

I was in this Walmart today, had an item to purchase with a coupon. As I checked out, I presented the coupon to the cashier. She proceeded to complete the checkout and I left. Later I reviewed the receipt to discover that the cashier had not only failed to give me credit for the coupon but charged me twice for the item in question. It appears to me that many of Walmart employees are incompetent and very lackadaisical concerning their job and/or waiting on customers. In this situation, I called Walmart and discussed everything with a customer service person and she said that she would write a note with my name on it to have this rectified even though the receipt that I was given was not readily readable. We will see. I have to admit that the customer service rep was polite and very competent, but she was in a higher position than the "common worker" (I use the term "worker" loosely). Most of the ones I have seen just walk around or stand obstructing and talking to other workers
