Would not provide service because of the way I speak. Borderline discrimination. When they came to give me a quote, then told me they would call back. They never called me back. Upon leaving a message on Facebook, they replied based on the way I speak they did not feel comfortable providing. Horrific company in my opinion

They came out the day I called and were prompt, efficient and courteous and when I got the bill I understood why! They charge $80/hr, which isn't too bad (even if it's less than an hour) but if you need freon it's $15/lb and they don't ask before they fill it! So if you choose to use them, just make sure you tell them to tell you first what they're doing and ask you before they do it so you know how much $ you're looking at before the bill you!
