Egg & I Restaurants

This has the potential to be a really good restaurant, but it has some issues. At this point in time, its still new. After sitting and waiting for quite some time for even a server to come by and then to get even my glass of water, I can see where people could be really upset with the service in this restaurant. However, I was sitting there long enough today to recognize that the problem is in the back of the house and that if they get their act together on the line, the front of the house won't fall to pieces. Maybe they need a line manager, maybe they just need more experience. Hopefully they can get it together and start moving food through in a timely manner so that the customers aren't upset and the servers aren't frazzled.



The food is really good, for all that it takes forever right now. I'll go back, but not for at least a month or so to let them try and get their act together.
