        For 50 years, we have been a locally-owned and family-operated business. We strive to be the best value for your money in the south Georgia / north Florida area, providing great customer service and a clean, quiet place to stay. River Park has 57 paved, pull-though, full hookup sites (with free wifi and cable) for overnight & short-term stays, and we can accommodate the largest rigs, with ample room for slide outs. We also have 65 spacious extended stay lots, also with full hookup--please call or email to inquire about our monthly rates. We have a clean laundry room and updated bath house with new, larger hot showers. These facilities have a handicap ramp for ease of access. We are pet friendly, with a fenced ‘pooch park’ for your dogs to play in off-leash. While we have easy access to I-75, we separated from the Interstate noise by a thick hedge and 3-story motel.         Overall

        You decide...Bathrooms ok, too much chlorine in water, high noise level from the interstate. Large hotel on one side and large low income apartment complex on the other. There are no fences of any consequence around the park to offer security from hotel or apartment residents. People do not have to stop or sign-in, so anyone off the street can come in and there would be no way to find out who they are. Tree debris fall from old trees, be careful in rain/wind storms. ANTS invade the rv like crazy. They do manicure the lots well, it looks nice, but is definitely old. Internet is good if you are park right next to router. Park's full time residents let their dogs mess on other people's spaces...not cool. There are worse and there are better.

        this place i would not say stay here for more than 10 min ! ! water is chlorine plus ! the highway is constant noise and smell you will suffer from severe headaches. not mention The trees are not well maintained I seen one motor home suffer i limb through the roof ! park at your own risk is on the agreement not friendly management would i ever live here again NO! do i suggest it ..NO

        Not bad. Concrete pads with paved drives. Lots of trees and well taken care of. Traffic noise from interstate if put on the east side. Overall a nice place.
