I ordered shrimp with walnuts and the shrimp were unseasoned and no walnuts. The people were nice but very busy

On line Order wasn't ready as indicated. Entree Portion "The Large Plate Size 3 entrees were like a child's portion; but lots of Rice (I ordered 1/2 fried & 1/2 plain) 1 entree put into a very tiny Chinese container of Pacific Chili Shrimp & it wasn't even at the rim of the box. Shrimp was good! Rice must be instant rice or is soak then rinsed several times which removes most of the natural starch; I make a lot of rice at home, I know rice! Sweet Fire Chicken was over cooked, rubbery texture & Broccoli Beef should be called Broccoli 3 small pieces of Beef. The Food lacks any true traditional Chinese Flavor; advertise Hot Spicy dishes; but are very mild Of course I'm sure all of this is pre measured & the employees just heat /cook the food. I only saw 1 wok being used. If 1 wok no wonder food in the display looked dried out. I tried to order on line 2 meals, can't! Use group feature which they charge a fee. Is not Amer Chinese Cuisine it's like a Public School Cafeteria food.
