Just left the Bemiss Rd drive thru. I was greeted by happy and POLITE employees which is rare to come across these days. To the girls working Sept. 11, at 8:00a.m. keep up the great work bc you being sweethearts, makes others (or at least me) have a much better day! Nothing bothers me more than someone being nasty rude and ungrateful and not saying thank you after I have bought my food. Be thankful you have a job, and if you can’t be nice, find another job where you don’t have to greet the public! Thanks girls for making my morning even better!
When McDonalds coffee is fresh it's hard to beat. But to often they try to pawn off coffee that's been on the burner for hours. This mainly happens in the afternoon when coffee is not the choice beverage. Regardless of the coffee the help is always polite.
either mess up the order, fries are cold, or extremely slow. service is whatever.... also once they forgot my change!!! had to turn around to get my 20.00 back!!! awful!!
The service here is ok. We have stopped eating at McDonald's (mainly bc of their corporate policies and their food is so bland). The food here tastes like its covered in salt.
Every time I have gone here the people have been very rude and the service has been very slow. Even others I have talked to say the same thing!!!

Yes, I have to agree. I actually worked there a few years back. And I remember being gotten onto (by management) for being "too nice" to customers. Can you believe that? They honestly don't care for customer satisfaction there. Don't know why.
