Maid Valet

Hired them and paid them 300.00 for first time with quote of approximately 100.00 per week. The company sent several people to our home to mainly clean blinds, ceiling fans, base boards and regular cleaning. The quote was supposedly so high because we have so many blinds and they take a long time to clean is what the owner told us! My husband was fine with the amount with the GUARANTEE FROM OWNER that they would come back if we were not happy with cleaning! This was a lie!!! My husband tried several times to call the owner and No response and no call back! My husband then took video of all blinds that were Not cleaned along with several other areas that were not cleaned. He sent this to the owner’s phone and still no response! The maids also threw my son’s 300.00 retainer in the trash! The maid service then did not show up for first weekly cleaning! They just disappeared with no response to any of our calls! What kind of business just does not show back up with no call to your customer? Totally trash company! We have a Very clean 2 story home in Very nice neighborhood. Absolutely No clutter. Our home resembles a very nice condo. I have never written a bad review on anyone in my life but I do not want other people to get conned like we did. Luckily we can afford it but this could hurt someone financially that could not afford it!
