The staff is horribly rude and condescending. No one even greeted us when we entered. I was asking for change which she told me is a service reserved for customers which I completely understand, but her tone of voice and attitude were unnecessarily rude. I was wearing my work uniform so she asked me if we hold a business account and I told her that I don't know. I informed her that we (several of us) did hold a personal account with the bank. She kept ranting about swiping a debit card for proof. I would like to add that not all account holders have debit cards nor are they required to do so with many other banks. She said she would give a one time courtesy. There was no smile and no thank you provided. I was being very polite saying that I understand and I appreciate it, but her demeanor was abysmal at best. I do not usually write reviews, but this is not the first time we have experienced this lack of customer service and are considering closing our account.
